Comedy musical to define Christmas
November 10, 2015

Fifteen holiday essays from Robert Fulghum, author of All I Really Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten have been converted into a holiday musical. Uh, Oh, Here Comes Christmas will be the next performance of the Stone's Throw Dinner Theatre. Performances will take place on December 3-6 and 10-13, 2015.

The show with a cast of five will be directed by Neal Ruggeberg and Tom Brown. It takes a look at the struggle to find the spirit of the holidays amid the usual avalanche of commercialism, stress and chaos that is more indicative of the season. Featured are Kaitlin Morrill as Peggy, Drew Girouard as Phil, Clint Dodson as Rusty, Molly Burkhart as Dawn and David Spillers as Nick.

On Thursday-Saturday doors open at 6 p.m., dinner is at 6:30 p.m. and the show begins at 7:30 p.m. For Sunday performances doors open at 12:30 p.m., dinner is at 1 p.m. and the show begins at 2 p.m.

Tickets are $26 for adults (19-54), $23 for seniors (55 and older, $22 for students with ID, $21 for youth (13-18), $12 for children (6-12) and free for children under 5. On opening night veterans with ID pay $18. For reservations call the theatre at (417) 358-9665 or send an e-mail here.
