For my choice of license plate I rejected any connection to the wavy line we-have-pristine-streams symbolism and voted for the bird. For me that would be a reminder that environmnental protection in Missouri is "for the birds." So, Mambo, with the new plate are we at least keeping our prisoners' hands busy..on an industrial project?
